RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made within 30 days.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

For all returned merchandise:
We must be contacted prior to any returns.
Authorized returns will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number,
which must appear on the outside of the package.
No returns will be accepted without a RA number.

Items sent for return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice
and must be in absolutely new condition with no signs of use.

There are no returns on special orders, Digital Command Control (DCC) decoders or 
closeout items unless items are received damaged or defective.
